The custom trophy measures 23.5 x 8cm (±1cm) in natural timber and can carry UV printing or a single-side laser-engraved logo presenting the organisation mark, award title and recipient details, with gift-box packaging. Being natural timber, each piece varies in tone and grain, and laser engraving reads lighter or darker with the grain; the pieces are hand cut, so small dimensional variation between batches is expected, all characteristic of a natural material. This order was delivered in phases, 23 pieces before 7 November and the remainder by 20 November.
