Shipping is an industry that keeps its traditions, and an engraved commemorative plate remains the classic gesture between owner and fleet. Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited chose custom etched commemorative plates as keepsakes, suited to ship namings, delivery ceremonies, owner appreciation and long-term partner recognition.
This order drew on stock plates, five pieces in bronze at 15cm and three in silver at 20cm, two sizes and finishes covering the formality of different occasions. The face is finished by etching, with artwork and text chemically recessed into the metal for crisp lines and a solid feel that lasts far better than surface printing, well suited to a vessel name, date and organisation logo. Production goes straight to the main run once the mock-up is approved with no separate sample stage, and the quotation covers one delivery to one address, excluding remote Hong Kong areas, warehouse deliveries and walk-up buildings.
Commemorative plates support bulk ordering, with size, finish and etched content adjustable to the ceremony. They suit shipping, commercial and institutional clients running vessel delivery ceremonies, anniversary celebrations and partner recognition events, holding an important moment in a classic metal keepsake.
