The paper hat is custom-designed with full-colour printing, sized 65 by 5 cm with five adjustable notch points at 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55 cm, while the accompanying figure measures about 15 by 15 by 8 cm. The adjustable notches let one size fit a range of children, and the bright printing makes it a cheerful party piece.
